Our botanical and plants are organically homegrown from my little backyard, where I rely on the nature and pollinators heavily. Due to this, you may find some imperfections to our flowers.

All other materials are carefully and thoughtfully sourced, focusing on sustainability.

Cancellation are accepted within 24 hours or before the order is processed.

Digital items cannot be cancelled.

Our ultimate goal is to add a smile to your day and your satisfaction. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us immediately for any concerns.

All other items can be returned within 14 days after confirmed delivery or exchange within 30 days after confirmed delivery. Digital Products and Perishable Items, such as Fresh Botanicals are exempt from being returned.

Please review your address as we will not responsible for any missing package.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

• The estimated processing time is 1-3 business days.

• All orders will be shipped via (USPS) United States Postal Services.

• Please allow up to 5-10 business days for standard shipping delivery to arrive.

• All customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

• If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please contact us.
