Fall Scent Aroma and Homemade Apple Cider

Give your home a fall scent aroma by making this quick and easy Homemade Apple Cider!

Fall is my favorite season.  Football, cooler weather, leaves changing colors, and amazing apple scents.  I am not a huge pumpkin or cinnamon person but love the light fall scent vibes in our home. This two-in-one recipe is everything needed to complete the autumn feels!

Ingredients:

  • 6-8 apples, sliced

  • 1 orange, sliced

  • 1 tbs Allspice

  • 1 1/2 tbs whole cloves

  • 3-5 star anise

  • 3 cinnamon sticks

  • 8 cups of water

Instructions:

  1. Add 8 cups of water in a pot.

  2. Place fruits and spices.

  3. Cook on medium to high to boil for about an hour until the fruit is softened.

  4. Mash the fruits using potatoes masher or hand blender.

  5. For aromatic scent, place on low for 1-2 hours

  6. Strain out fruit and spices and put back the cider into the pot. Place on low and serve warm!
