This famous 25-ft-tall "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign is probably one of the most famous signs and landmarks in Las Vegas — World. The back sign reads "Drive Carefully. Come back soon". You can find this Fabulous sign in many souvenirs in Vegas — even Pandora charm (if you are a collector like me)! Built in 1959, it was added to the US National Register of Historic Places in 2009.
This sign was designed by a woman named Betty Willis at the request of Ted Rogich, a local salesman, who sold the sign to the city. The sign was never copyrighted and has gained so much popularity that there have been replicas built in Vegas.

Parking can be found in a small adjacent, but is limited and can only be access when driving South on Las Vegas Blvd
